Backgrounds are special traits used in the oWoD system to represent diverse elements of a character's history and current resources. Many backgrounds like resources, allies and contacts are available to all characters regardlness of venue. Others are not. We've broken them down to a list of general backgrounds and then those specific or specifically worded for each venue. Some venues have backgrounds that don't work well for an online setting or the scope of dusk. If you don't see it below, assume its not available.
